All Odisha Chess Association (AOCA) felicitated 14 players, four coaches, five arbiters and 19 organisations in its fifth annual function at Srusti Academy of Management here today. Among the players, nine were given cash incentives ranging from Rs 10,000 to Rs 50,000. Additional secretary (Health Services) Sibabrata Dash, Century Resources Group`s South Asia manager Dr Maqbool Ali, Srusti Academy chairman Saroj Kumar Sahoo, AOCA president Sekhar Chandra Sahu, vice-president K K Nath and secretary Vivek Kumar Tibarewal handed over citations on the occasion.
